German designer Petra Meiren has attracted international attention since she established herself in 1992.
Her jewelry is featured in fashion magazines worldwide as well as in movies and TV programs. Petra has received several awards at numerous international jewelry shows.
Most of her pieces are made of nickel-free brass, heavily plated in gold, silver or oxidized silver and finally treated with a non-tarnishing varnish to protect the jewelry. The result is a very subtle brushed matt finish.
Other materials found in her collections are colorful PVC, knitted copper, stainless steel cords, synthetic gemstones, felt, woven bronze and Swarovski crystals.
